Custom Woolen Mills uses Canada Post shipping for all of our online sales - one of the only and most economical options for shipping to and from our rural location. Expedited shipping is the cheapest shipping method available to small businesses; it is a slightly better deal than regular post and includes a tracking number for Canadian parcels.
We are a small, rural business so, while we try very hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, it sometimes takes a few business days before we can get them to the post office. Once at the post office, an expedited parcel usually takes between 2 and 8 business days to reach its location in Canada. For USA destination orders, it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to process through customs and arrive at its destination.
In stock items ship from Custom Woolen Mills within a few business days. Pre-order items ship once made and are made according to a first come first serve basis. Out of stock items ship once made. Unless alternative arrangements are made, your order will not be shipped until all items are ready for shipping. To have your order shipped in two segments, we recommend placing two orders - one for in stock items, and a second order for pre-order and out of stock items.
We are happy to accept returns of unused, undamaged, still-labelled product on regular orders and items within 30 days of our shipping date, however, we do not offer free return shipping. Once we receive your returned items back, we will credit your payment method for the product but not any shipping charges.
If your return is because a mistake has been made by Custom Woolen Mills on your order or there is a fault with your purchased items, we will work with you to come to a resolution.
