Description
Three strands of Mule Spun fibre, the Mule Spinner 3-Ply 100% Wool yarn is Fisherman-Knit or Aran weight yarn used for hand knitting or weaving. It is made from fine, Canadian grown, Rambouillet wool.
It is available in the natural sheep shade colours of white, medium grey, and natural black. Price is per 4oz skein.
There are approximately 129 m or 141 yd per 112 gms / 4 oz skein. For knitting, we recommend 4.5mm to 5.5mm needles.

Please note: due to the small batch nature of our yarns, colour pooling can occur (though we work very hard to avoid it). When knitting large swatches of a single colour, we recommend introducing a new skein of yarn slowly by alternating skeins row for row.

This yarn is soft, lofty, durable and the natural heathering is to die for. I am using 3 skeins to make a pair of crazy monster slippers for my husband and the yarn has taken multiple froggings like a champ.
