We haven't been keeping up with our blog for a little while, but that's not because we haven't been doing anything (completely the opposite, really). However, we feel it's about time we check in with folks to say "Happy summertime, come visit us!". The mill is pretty awesome at any time of year, but during the summer it is especially fun. Here's why:
We've got guided tours every Friday at 2pm.
We're also open on the last Saturday of each month from 12pm to 4pm with a guided tour at 2pm (that's for all you folks who can't make it out during the week).
We are constantly trying new things and putting new yarns and knitted wears in our little shop; things that don't necessarily stick around long enough to make it onto the website.
We're just a few km from a great little u-pick with sour cherries, saskatoons, strawberries, and raspberries (they have cherries in season right now).
So, take a nice country drive and come on out to the mill!!
